This DPA applies when IntentGPT acts as a data processor for personal data you provide to us as part of using our service. The final DPA template will follow the GDPR-standard contractual clauses; this page is a placeholder.

Roles

You are the data controller. IntentGPT is a data processor acting on your documented instructions (i.e. the queries your agent makes via our MCP server).

Scope of processing

IntentGPT processes the email addresses and minimal metadata of your workspace users. We do not process personal data about the accounts you query — those are treated as business entities, not natural persons.
