These Terms govern your use of IntentGPT. By signing in to an IntentGPT workspace, you agree to the rules below. This is a placeholder document — the final terms will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

Acceptable use

You may use IntentGPT to score B2B accounts you have a legitimate interest in. You may not use the API to harass individuals, build watchlists of natural persons, or scrape data we don't intend to expose. The API is meant for go-to-market workflows — not surveillance.

Rate limits

Free workspaces are limited to 60 requests per minute. Pro is 600. Sustained abuse of these limits may result in temporary throttling.

Billing

Free is $0/month. Pro is $199/month plus $0.012 per overage credit. Billing is handled by Stripe; you can cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal any time. We don't prorate cancellations within a billing period.

Disclaimers

Intent scoring is probabilistic. We don't guarantee a specific revenue outcome from using our data. We provide signals; your team builds the playbook.
