What counts as a credit?
One credit covers one MCP tool call that returns scored data — e.g. get_account_intent for a single domain. Coverage queries (checking whether we have a domain at all) are free and never deducted.
What happens when I run out of credits on Free?
Tool calls return a quota error with a friendly upgrade message. No charges, no surprises. You can keep using the dashboard and refill happens automatically at the start of the next billing month.
What happens when I exceed 25,000 credits on Pro?
Overage is billed at $0.012/credit on your next invoice. You can set a soft credit cap from the Billing page if you want predictability.
How is data refreshed?
We re-score every account in our index daily on Pro and weekly on Free. We don't claim real-time — we claim transparent. Webhook payloads include a refresh timestamp so your agent knows the data's age.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal with one click. Pro features stay live through the end of the billing period; we don't prorate cancellations.
Do you have a free trial of Pro?
No trial — the Free tier is generous enough to test seriously. If you want to evaluate Pro features (webhooks, larger credit pool), email us at alpha@intentgpt.ai and we'll comp you for 30 days.
Where is my data stored?
US-East (Cloud SQL Postgres) for account/key/usage metadata. The intent graph itself is in BigQuery in the same region. We don't store anything in EU yet — that's on the roadmap.
What about my MCP key — what happens if it leaks?
Rotate it from /keys with one click. All keys are Argon2id-hashed at rest; we never see the raw value after first generation. Audit log records every key event.
Do you support SSO?
Not for alpha — magic-link only. SSO (SAML, OIDC) is on the Pro roadmap for after launch.
